DSGN Tweed

Reflecting past and present tenses of cool, combining into a vintage industrial look that uses the language of aesthetic deconstruction to (re)create an enduring beauty is DSGN Tweed, a loop-pile carpet tile in 12 muted colour schemes.  On its own, mixed and matched with our First collection, or perfectly paired with DSGN Cloud and DSGN Track, DSGN Tweed sets a new trend by revisiting what it means to be retro: shabby chic never looked this good.


DSGN Tweed is suitable for heavy project flooring use, such as hotel floors, office building floors, multi-level residential apartment floors, education institution floors, and retail facility and showroom floors.


DSGN Tweed is GECA certified for Green Star projects.

Standard format for DSGN Tweed is 50 x 50cm.

Other tile and plank formats are available with minimum order of 250sqm.

Primary Backing: Colback SMR is produced out 100% post-consumer recycled PET, originated from bottle scrap.Secondary Backing – back2back: The waste from the tile cutting process is shredded and added to the secondary backing, giving it a 10% post-industrial recycled content.
End of lifeRe-use: At the end of life, after cleaning, carpet tiles can be re-used in non-critical areas, to extend the product life. Recycling: Carpet tiles can be used as raw material for the backing of new carpet tiles in our back2back program. CARE: Partnership modulyss®/Vanheede Environment Group in which carpet tiles are converted into secondary fuel to reduce CO2 emissions significantly. The minerals are extracted from the carpet tiles and recycled into raw material for the cement production industry, which results in 50% recycling of modulyss® carpet tiles.
